Before you were born, your soul was given one purpose
Before you were born, your soul was given one purpose on this earth: take care of the body it lives in.
Sounds simple. But look around. How many of us are actually doing it?
How many drown that body in alcohol and drugs as if it will last forever?
How many sink into the sofa or the desk chair for hours, days, years?
How much fast food and chemical “food” are we piling in just to fill a void?
And when something finally breaks, how many of us rush to a doctor expecting a miracle cure—when the miracle was in us the whole time?
The Mind, the Heart, and the Noise
We start this life with love built in. But as the days and years pass, the world teaches us other lessons: hate, judgment, distraction.
Brian calls it the whisper—the chatter that tries to steer us off course.
The mind can be swayed left or right, but the heart stays true.
It’s been beating faithfully since day one, steady and certain, no matter what the world shouts at you.
“Close your eyes. Put your hands over your heart.
Feel that rhythm.
Why question the one thing that has never let you down?”
Slow Down and Listen
Your body is talking every day:
-
The ache in your back
-
The craving for real food
-
The anxiety that shows up as tight shoulders
-
The anger that knots your stomach
These are signals, not random inconveniences.
Sit with them. Breathe. Ask what they mean. Your body will tell you how to handle it—if you give it the chance.
Love Yourself First
We came into this world knowing love. The challenge is remembering it—for ourselves.
Taking care of your body isn’t vanity; it’s the sacred purpose you were born with.
So take a few minutes today.
Breathe.
Listen.
Put your hands on your heart and feel it working for you, like it always has.
“Take some time to love yourself.
You already know how—just slow down and listen.”
Love and hugs,
Brian
